• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed that same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, move to the next business day's queue.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive items are packed using dedicated cold-chain insulation and leave our facility Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of shipping delays, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos — we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
